What's the process like?

We will send you a creative brief to get an idea of what you need. Then, we will have an initial consultation to discuss, followed by a project proposal. We will create an initial concept(s) for you based on our discussion, send drafts to you with mockups (for logos and packaging) for your feedback, & that concept can be revised until you are satisfied with the final design.

What counts as a revision?

A revision is any change to the design (changing lettering, tweaks, merging two concepts, etc.) Color changes do not count as revisions and are always free of charge!

How do I provide payment?

You'll pay 50% of project cost upfront, and the remaining 50% once you're happy with the final design. We accept ACH, Square Payments, Checks, or Zelle.

Do you offer long term design help?

Yes! We are happy to work with you on a continual basis if you're interested in more than a one-time project. This type of arrangement can be really beneficial, and allows us to help you as your business grows.

How many revisions will I have?

Number of revisions is based on the quoted estimate, and revisions can be added individually for an additional fee if you decide you'd like more than you originally purchased.

What else can you design?

Mostly anything! The designs featured on our website are just a fraction of the work/designs we have created. If you'd like to see examples of anything else (packaging, prototypes, apparel, business powerpoints & pitch decks, flyers, posters, cards, car vinyl signage, etc) just ask and we will send.

What are your rates?

Rates are customized for project scope, type, and turnaround time. Please email us or fill out our contact sheet.

What files will I receive?

You will receive files of your design in jpg, png, pdf, & eps. You will also receive mockups of your design as well as color codes, font types, etc. If you'd like another file type not mentioned, let us know & we can provide that to you as well.
